INITIAL BUDGET WORK SESSION FOR

FY-12

SEMINOLE COUNTY GRAND JURY ROOM, TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 2011

1:00 P.M.

The Seminole County Board of Commissioners held their Initial FY-12 Budget Work Session on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in the Courthouse Grand Jury room located on the second floor of the Seminole County Courthouse. Those present were Chairman Tommy Rogers, Vice-Chairman Dell Shingler, Commissioner Roger Lane, Commissioner Scott Miller Commissioner Brenda Peterson, and County Manager/Clerk Donna Jones..

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tommy Rogers.

This was the initial meeting for each department to present their budget requests for

FY-12.

Agencies and County Departments presenting budgets were:

Mental Health

Health Department

EMS

Chamber of Commerce

EMA/VFD

County Agent

Home Demonstration

Sr. Citizen’s Center

Health Department

Communications

Jail

Road department

School Resource Officer

Sheriff’s Department

Tax Assessor

Due to time constraints, departments that were unable to present their budget requests will present at the next budget work session scheduled for Thursday, April 21^st beginning at 4:00 p.m.
